Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Supports the team as an entry support individual contributor that executes tasks, following a defined standard output or set of procedures.

Provides support for internal teams in within Operations.

Follows routine administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.

Maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgement.

Responsibilities:


* Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson's Leadership Imperatives and Credo.


* Required to understand and comply with the Code of Business Conduct, Company policies and laws that govern their activities.


* Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor.


* Completes tasks to meet production targets of the Operations unit under direct supervision, and follows administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.


* Develops working knowledge of standard operating procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and procedures.


* Adheres to standard operating procedures to support tasks and team needs related to the processing of ingredients and/or pharmaceutical (new) products.


* Documents day-to-day activities and resources and escalates any concerns or issues to leaders to maximize successful business results.
