We are searching for the best talent for a Logic Designer and FPGA Team Leader role, to join our team located in Yokneam, Israel.

Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Logic Designer and FPGA Team Leader to lead and grow the FPGA engineering group developing life‑saving medical systems.

This is a key value, strategic role with direct influence on product architecture, delivery, and safety - your work will help improve and protect the health of millions of patients worldwide.

You will combine deep technical expertise in Logic Designer and FPGA/RTL design with strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver robust, high‑quality FPGA solutions in a regulated environment.

Reports to Director of Hardware Engineering and key member of architecture design for the product.

Qualifications and Requirements:


* Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering


* Proven experience of at least six years in Logic Designer and FPGA/RTL development and more than two years in team management


* Ability to design FPGA architecture


* Proficiency in Verilog and SystemVerilog


* Experience in synthesis and implementation using tools such as Vivado and Quartus
