Linley Park Post Acute is a beautiful 88-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in the heart of Anderson, South Carolina.

Flexible Shift Options:

Weekend Program


* Work Saturday & Sunday (option to pick up weekday shifts)


* 12-hour shifts (paid for 16 hours!)

Weekday Schedule


* Monday - Friday


* 8-hour shifts

Position Summary:

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will oversee and deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring residents receive exceptional, individualized treatment.

You will lead the clinical team, support CNAs and LPNs, and play a key role in maintaining a safe and compassionate environment.

Key Responsibilities


* Provide and supervise direct patient care in accordance with care plans


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


* Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes to physicians and team members


* Lead and support nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery


* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation


* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility policies


* Promote a safe, clean, and resident-focused environment

Qualifications


* Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program


* Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required)


* CPR certification required


* 2+ years of nursing experience preferred, ideally in long-term care or rehab


* Knowledge of PointClickCare (PCC) preferred


* Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills


* Must remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
