About You

In one of our manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

You will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work.

* Education & Safety Expectations:
ITI in Mechanical / EE / EEE / E&C.

Follow all KC safety rules and guidelines, ensure own and others’ safety, conduct periodic safety observations, report near misses, unsafe acts and abnormal conditions promptly, and comply with risk assessments, SOPs, LOTO, work permits, emergency response plans, safety targets, PCS, and all safety compliances.


* Quality, GMP & Customer Focus:
Adhere to personal hygiene, workplace hygiene, GMP, KC quality guidelines, and QMS standards.

Maintain a quality‑focused mindset, ensure actions align with customer and consumer expectations, and contribute individually to delivering high‑quality products to the market.


* Production & Machine Operations:
Handle raw material and packing material preparation, loading, splicing, unloading, material threading and routing as per defined procedures, recheck products after splicing, troubleshoot machine breakdowns, quality defects, and short stops, conduct RCA, maintain machine and work‑area cleaning, and uphold shop‑floor 5S.


* Documentation, Traceability & Quality Checks:
Maintain material traceability reports, production and packing logbooks.

Perform real‑time variable and attribute quality checks for products and packaging and record all inspection results accurately in quality systems/software and relevant quality documents.
