What You'll Do


* Provide and oversee high-quality nursing care for residents


* Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


* Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams


* Support and mentor STNAs and LPNs


* Advocate for resident well-being, comfort, and dignity

What We're Looking For


* Current Ohio RN License


* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
