Position: Billing Accountant As a member of our Accounting Support Team, you will manage billing and follow-up for a designated group of Palmetto locations as part of Palmettos billing team.

Success in this role depends on accurate execution, timely follow-up, and strong working relationships with operations leaders and customer accounting representatives.

As you gain experience, you may also support special projects, including onboarding acquired companies into Palmettos billing process.

Key Responsibilities: Learn Palmettos custom AirOne operating system, specifically the project contracting and billing components that drive invoicing.

Process customer invoices through our NetSuite ERP system, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and consistent with customer contracts.

Complete ancillary forms customers require to accompany invoices.

Retain and electronically file documentation in a timely manner.Take ownership of the ongoing follow-up with customers to support timely payment.

Document communications with customers as they occur.Communicate with operations managers about overdue invoices and request their assistance when needed.Help with annual audit inquiries.Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as neededPick-up mail and complete other Company errands as needed.

Mileage is reimbursed.This is a full-time, in-office position.

Qualifications: Experience with billing and customer follow-up is required.
