Your Job

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes that support the production of high-reliability Aerospace & Defense products.

You will partner with product development, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to successfully launch new products, improve manufacturing performance, and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Through technical leadership and innovation, you will drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost while supporting products throughout their lifecycle.

What You Will Do



* Lead the development and implementation of manufacturing processes that ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production of Aerospace & Defense products.


* Drive successful new product introductions by partnering with design engineering teams to develop scalable and robust manufacturing solutions.


* Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve operational performance.


* Provide technical leadership in solving complex manufacturing challenges related to equipment, processes, materials, and product performance.


* Collaborate across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to improve manufacturability and accelerate production readiness.


* Influence manufacturing strategy through process innovation, automation opportunities, and implementation of best practices.


* Support process validation, qualification, and capability improvement activities to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.


* Lead root cause investigations and corrective action efforts that improve reliability, yield, and overall manufacturing performance.



* Mentor engineers, technicians, and operators while fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.


* Five (5) or more years of experience in a manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or operations engineering role.


* Experience supporting manufacturing processes in a regulated or high-quality production environment.


* Experience leading cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, new product introduction, or manufacturing optimization.
