Title: Warehouse Associate - Pick and Pack (Full-Time, Day Shift)Location: [Tonawanda, NY]Pay Range: $16.50-$18.50 per hourSchedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (first shift, no weekends) Great Lakes Dental Technologies is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate (Pick and Pack) to join our team of employee owners.

You'll play a key role in order fulfillment and shipping: picking and packing Products Division orders, preparing shipments, and keeping the warehouse organized and efficient, following Great Lakes Dental Technologies' procedures.

This is a great opportunity for experienced warehouse workers, order pickers, packers, and entry-level candidates looking to grow with an employee-owned (ESOP) company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Picks and packs orders by packing slip.

Checks for quality and prepares orders for shipment.

Loads and unloads trucks as needed (shipping and receiving).

Creates shipping labels for cartons using shipping software.

Prepares Great Lakes Consolidated (GL Con) shipments, verifies piece count, and coordinates loading.

Performs housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, taking garbage to the dumpster, and stocking shelves.

Prints pick tickets as needed.

Sorts rush orders, specials, and credit card approvals.

Assists with cycle counts, spot checks, and physical inventory.

Ships rush orders after the regular cutoff.

Education and/or Experience: One year of warehouse, order picking, packing, shipping, or fulfillment experience preferred Minimum Requirements: Basic reading and math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide) Ability to work well with team members to meet department goals Other Skills and Abilities: Basic computer skills required.

Physical Demands: Demonstrate ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
