The Basics of a Branch Operations Supervisor: Status: Full-Time, Exempt RoleSchedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:30 PM, with rotating Saturdays 8:30 AM1:30 PM at our Mopac Branch.Flexibility: Required for business needs, events, and occasional extended hours What Youll Do As A Branch Operations Supervisor: In partnership with Branch Operations leadership, you will oversee daily branch operations and lead Branch Associates and Tellers to achieve branch goals.

Team Member Leadership: Collaborate with the Branch Manager to attract, hire, coach, and engage team members.Serve as a culture agent, reinforcing our mission, vision, and core values.Partner with team members to support career path development.Manage scheduling, time-off requests, performance coaching, and daily workflow.Stay actively engaged with the team to maintain a pulse on branch activities.
