Work Schedule:
100% FTE, Days.

Hours are from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday.

You will work at the University Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are specifically hiring for a person to work with AkitaBox and manage physical assets through documentation of location, inspections and preventive maintenance rounds using this software program.

We are seeking an Equipment and Services Coordinator to:


* Identify, locate, document and resolve technical issues related to physical assets across the UW Health System.

Help create a seamless transition from construction installations to maintained operations.


* Requires good communication and collaboration: MES staff, PDC staff, vendor partners (including AkitaBox technical support) IS technical support, contractors, and others.


* Review, analyze, and evaluate equipment and systems ultilizing specific software platforms to assure solutions to problems for new and existing installations.


* Create and coordinate custom maintenance/compliance inspections routes and programming for assets across the UW Health system.

Qualifications


* High School degree or GED Required


* Associate's Degree Preferred

Work Experience


* 1 year in data processing, maintenance, digital controls or electronics Required


* 3 years in data processing, maintenance, digital controls or electronics Preferred

Licenses & Certifications


* Valid Driver's License Required
