Job Title : Deputy Manager / Manager- Methods

Experience - 3 -6 years

Education- B.E/B.Tech (Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical)

Location: Ahmednagar

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities


* Expert specialized in several areas of knowledge regarding production / manufacturing processes in an entity (SPS : process design, ergonomics, capacity, simulation tools, investment, cost analysis, performance etc...).

responsible with associated people management & budgetary accountability.

Expertise in MPH


* Dedicated to determining the time required to manufacture a product through the utilisation of an appropriate method.

Prescribing the necessary detailed process steps using appropriate gestures (ergonomics)


* People management accountability and Maintain Good IR with all Stack holder


* Understand the Skill Matrix and focused on Skill Enhancement


* Hands on experience on MPH, Manpower planning, Skill matrix preparation, IE Calculation, MPP Meet, LAMD, MTM, Ergonomics

Functional Competencies:

LADM, MTM, Ergonomics, OEE , KE , 5s Expert, Hands on experience SAP,5s, Lean Waste reduction, Green Belt, manpower planning, Knowledge on SPS
