Manager - PLC Programmer

Designation: Deputy Manager / Manager - PLC Programmer

Location: Ahmednagar

Qualification: Diploma / BE (Electrical/ Electronics)

Experience: 5 years to 10 years

Key Deliverables / Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance)


* Maintenance Planning & Execution.


* Develop and implement an effective Maintenance Planning and Scheduling System.


* Ensure efficient execution of Preventive Maintenance (PM), Breakdown Maintenance, Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM), and Time-Based Maintenance (TBM).


* Monitor, track, and improve MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).


* Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.


* Manage spare parts inventory and ensure optimum stock levels.


* Maintain and update all TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) documentation and records.


* Hands-on experience with Siemens PLC programming, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis.


* Hands-on experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and Servo Systems.


* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.


* Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
