Designation: Deputy Manager / Manager - Filed Services - Madurai

Experience Range: 3-7 Years

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:

Handling of branch warranty/post warranty complaints of all the LK Products

Achieving Revenue Targets of Spares/Recurring Business and ASC ACB Spare Business

Improving customer touch points by means of conducting Unsolicited Service Campaigns/Firstserve/In Plant Training Programs

Improving the Effectiveness & Efficiency of Customer Experience of Madurai Branch (Call Closure Time, Net Satisfaction Score etc)

inculcating safety culture within Team & partners to ensure zero accidents

Co-ordinating with cross functions on improving product quality (Design/Quality/Sales/BD) based on field Input
Functional Competencies:

Knowledge on LV/MV Switchgear & IA products

Vendor Management/ Experience in service sales(Spares/AMC/OMC etc..)

Working knowledge of MS office

Working knowledge of CRM platforms like SAP, SFDC preferred
Behavioural Competencies:

Inter personnel Skill

Presentation skill

Communication skill
Critical Skills Required:

Knowledge on LV/MV Switchgears along with IA products, good communication skills to handle customers (Internal & External), Electrical Safety

Educational Qualification:

Diploma/ B.E/ B.Tech - Electrical
