Senior Analyst, Business Finance Commercial

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Senior Analyst, Business Finance Commercial to join our Finance team.

This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and performance management, combined with a solid understanding of P&L management and full costing principles.

The successful candidate will partner closely with the Canada CFO, BU Controllers, Controller team, and key commercial stakeholders within the Secure Power business, providing actionable financial insights that support business decision-making and drive business performance.

This position requires strong stakeholder management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful business recommendations.
What you will do


* Lead the consolidation and analysis of financial results, including support for the Canadian business.


* Partner with the Canada CFO, BU Controllers, and commercial stakeholders to evaluate business performance and support strategic decision-making.


* Prepare and analyze forecasts, budgets, financial plans, and performance reports.


* Monitor key financial and operational metrics, identifying risks, opportunities, and trends.


* Support annual financial planning exercises and costing initiatives, ensuring a strong understanding of full costing methodologies and their impact on business performance.


* Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.


* Drive continuous improvements in reporting processes, financial tools, and planning methodologies.


* Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial data across multiple systems and reporting platforms.


* Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and business teams to support operational and commercial objectives.


* Develop executive-level presentations and communicate financial results effectively to leadership teams.

What will make you successful


* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.


* Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, Commercial Finance, or related financial analysis roles.


* Strong expertise in:

* Experience working with multiple finance systems and reporting tools, including:
