We are seeking a Customer Project Specialist to manage complex customer projects from order receipt through final delivery and post-sale support.

This individual will serve as the primary point of contact between customers, distributors, contractors, manufacturing facilities, and internal sales teams to ensure successful project execution and an exceptional customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and can successfully manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Do


* Own customer projects from purchase order receipt through delivery, invoicing, and post-sale support


* Conduct project handoff meetings with sales teams and assume responsibility for project execution


* Coordinate with distributors, contractors, and customers regarding project status, timelines, and requirements


* Manage shipment schedules, change orders, and material modifications


* Communicate customer requirements to manufacturing facilities and production teams


* Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks or delays


* Resolve order issues, escalations, and project-related challenges


* Manage customer expectations and provide timely project updates


* Support successful project completion while maintaining customer satisfaction and retention


* Track and manage a high volume of active projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience


* 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, customer operations, order management, sales operations, customer service, or related fields


* Experience supporting customer-facing projects in manufacturing, electrical distribution, construction, industrial, or engineering environments


* Experience working with distributors, contractors, manufacturing plants, or supply chain operations


* Familiarity with project lifecycle management from order receipt through delivery
