🔎 About the Role

The transport trainer is responsible for delivering mandatory training programmes to employees across DHL Hubs & Gateways, ensuring colleagues have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to perform their roles safely and effectively.

The role focuses on delivering a range of transport, operational, equipment, and compliance-related training, while monitoring progress and providing coaching and support where required.

Working closely with employees and stakeholders, the successful candidate will support colleague development, promote DHL's values, and ensure learning objectives are achieved through engaging and high-quality training delivery.

There may also be opportunities to travel, both within the UK and internationally, to support wider DHL training requirements and personal development opportunities.

✅ What You’ll Be Doing

·         Challenging fixed mindsets within the business and correcting complacency and poor standards

·         Understand the importance of the learning for the participants and how it relates back to the workplace

·         Promote and support diversity, equality and inclusion across all avenues of the role

·         Ensure training resources are well maintained and fit for use

·         Prepare, organise & replenish materials and equipment

·         Deliver mandatory training to all staff in conformity with regulations and network standards, supporting delivery of CIS training
