Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) Ready for a Provider Role with Variety and Purpose? ReGenesis Health Care is looking for an experienced and adaptable Float Advanced Practice Provider to provide primary and preventive care across our health center locations in Spartanburg, Cherokee, Union, and Greenville counties.

Unlike a position assigned to one clinic, this role gives you the opportunity to work with different clinical teams and patient populations while helping ensure our patients have access to care when and where they need it most.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You: Are an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who can confidently provide comprehensive primary care.Enjoy variety and are comfortable working at different health center locations.Can quickly adapt to new clinical teams, workflows, and patient populations.Are comfortable managing acute and chronic medical conditions.Have experience caring for both medically complex and underserved populations.Have experience with or an interest in Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for substance use disorders.Value collaboration while also being comfortable practicing with a high degree of independence.Are passionate about improving healthcare access in the communities we serve.Have reliable transportation and are comfortable traveling throughout our Upstate South Carolina service area.

What You'll Do As our Float Advanced Practice Provider, you'll help provide clinical coverage where it is needed most.

Your assigned location may vary based on patient volume, provider coverage, scheduled leave, vacancies, and other clinical needs.

Your responsibilities will include: Provide high-quality primary, preventive, and episodic care.Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic health conditions.Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Order and interpret laboratory tests, diagnostic studies, and other clinical evaluations.Prescribe medications and evidence-based treatments within your scope of practice.Provide care to adult and pediatric patients as appropriate to your training, experience, and credentialing.Provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services when assigned and appropriately credentialed.Educate patients about preventive care, medications, healthy behaviors, and chronic disease management.Coordinate referrals and collaborate with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, behavioral health professionals, pharmacy staff, and other members of the c...
