Leasing Agent

Respond promptly and professionally to incoming telephone, email, website, and walk-in inquiries from prospective residents.

Qualify prospective residents by identifying their housing needs, desired move-in date, budget, and apartment preferences.

Schedule and conduct tours of available apartments, model units, amenities, and community spaces.

Clearly communicate apartment features, rental rates, availability, lease terms, community policies, and the application process.

Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective residents and accurately document lead activity, appointments, and outcomes in the companys leasing or property management system.

Assist prospective residents with rental applications and collect required documentation and fees in accordance with company procedures.

Coordinate with the Property Manager regarding application status, apartment availability, upcoming move-ins, and leasing priorities.

Prepare leasing materials and ensure model units, vacant apartments, and tour routes are clean, accessible, and presentation-ready; report concerns to the appropriate team member.

Support advertising and outreach efforts by monitoring property listings, maintaining accurate availability information, and helping distribute approved marketing materials.

Provide general administrative support related to leasing, including preparing correspondence, maintaining organized prospect and applicant records, and assisting with move-in documentation.

Perform other duties as assigned.
