AT Product Manager

Manages and defines the product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s) assigned and drives their business performance across the whole product lifecycle.

Job Description


* Manages the Advanced Therapies product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s) assigned with full responsibility for the results, including definition of their customer and market requirements, growth & profit strategies, business planning, road mapping.


* Constantly observes relevant competitors' product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s).


* Defines product marketing strategies (product/solution/service, price, placement, promotion).


* Establishes and manages or synchronizes a cross functional team to realize the development of the XP product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s) assigned.


* Drives the AT business performance of the product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s) assigned over the whole product lifecycle in cooperation with all partners over the whole process chain (PLM / SCM / CRM).


* Contributes to activities to continuously improve the product lifecycle management.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience



* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field is required.


* Professional Experience: 8-10-years' experience in healthcare marketing, product management, or business development is highly desirable.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.


* Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.


* Working knowledge of the AT landscape.
