Position Summary:
The Electronics Hardware Engineering Intern will support the design, development, testing, and documentation of electronic hardware used in medical, industrial, or commercial products.
Working closely with experienced electrical and hardware engineers, the intern will gain hands-on experience in schematic design, PCB development, system integration, prototype testing, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the design and evaluation of analog and digital electronic circuits.
* Support PCB schematic capture, layout reviews, and component selection.
* Build, test, and troubleshoot hardware prototypes and engineering samples.
* Perform laboratory testing, data collection, and analysis.
* Assist with creating engineering documentation, test reports, BOMs, and design specifications.
* Support hardware verification, validation, and regulatory testing activities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and quality engineering.
* Participate in design reviews and technical problem-solving activities.
