Purpose:

Identifies the areas related to compliance, technical areas and systems that require training.

Designs and provides adequate training programs.

Works jointly with all the groups within the plant to evaluate the areas where there could be gaps in the performance related to the compliance in order to develop and recommend corrective measures.

Directly supervises and coordinates the activities of the training coordinators and trainers.
