Purpose of the Role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology is seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Marketing Lead to drive strategic growth across the UK & Ireland business.

This senior leadership position will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that accelerate market growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and support the successful adoption of innovative electrophysiology technologies.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking, commercial execution and customer focus to deliver sustainable business growth while collaborating closely with local, regional and global stakeholders.
