Job Duties:



* Lead, coach, and develop production teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory objectives while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.


* Ensure compliance with all quality, regulatory, health, safety, environmental (HSE), and company requirements, including FDA QSR, ISO standards, GMP/GDP, and applicable policies and procedures, while maintaining audit readiness and accurate documentation.


* Own and improve operational performance through KPI management, production execution, capacity planning, inventory control, and business continuity planning.


* Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies to enhance productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost performance.


* Manage staffing, equipment, materials, and budgets to meet operational and customer delivery commitments.


* Partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, process improvements, and successful implementation of new products, equipment, and technologies.


* Communicate performance, risks, and improvement opportunities to leadership and key stakeholders.
