Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Global Services performs select functional work in a consistent manner across regions and sectors using simplified, standardized end-to-end processes and innovative technology.

The Global Financial Reporting team supports compliant, accurate, and timely financial reporting by bringing together CFIN platform operations, data quality, reconciliations, controls, and reporting activities into one integrated global team.

Position Summary

The Global Financial Reporting Accountant will support the end-to-end financial reporting process across source ERP platforms, SAP Central Finance (CFIN), and downstream reporting submissions.

This role is responsible for ensuring the completeness, accuracy, validity, and timeliness of financial data used for close, reconciliation, management reporting, statutory reporting, and consolidation activities.

The role will work closely with Global Services operational teams, CFM, regional ATR teams, Finance Data Management, Data Quality, Compliance, GPOs, LTM/technology partners, and business stakeholders to execute financial reporting activities, resolve data and accounting issues, support controls, and drive sustainable process improvements.

Maintain Operational Excellence


* Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting and accounting activities across assigned processes, platforms, and legal entities.



* Support CFIN ATR processes, including data replication monitoring, error analysis, manual journal entry preparation or posting, reconciliation package preparation, and close-related reporting activities.



* Prepare, analyze, and support reconciliations for source ERP to CFIN data, including sales, trial balance, quantity, journal entry, and other interface or reporting reconciliations as required.
