DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Technology Manager, HR Data & Integrations.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.

The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

Job OverviewThis role owns & leads the strategy, architecture, delivery, and ongoing optimization of the Enterprise HR integration ecosystem, including core HR data platforms, in support of DePuy Synthes' global workforce.

The Manager partners closely with HR (COEs, People Analytics), IT, and business leaders to ensure workforce data solutions are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with business priorities.

This position plays a critical role in enabling enterprise reporting, analytics, operational efficiency, and future AI-driven capabilities through trusted workforce data, modern integration technologies, and a scalable HR data platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the HR Data platform roadmap and backlog.

• Serve as Product Owner and Solution Architect for HR data solutions.

• Establish and govern workforce data sourcing, ownership, and consumption standards across the HR technology ecosystem.
