Job Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)

Salary: $35-$40/hr, depending on experience

Schedule: Flexible Schedule, Sunday-Saturday

About the Role

As our PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you'll help patients improve independence, function, and quality of life while working alongside a collaborative in-house rehabilitation team.

This role provides flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population across inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient services, and long-term care.

What You'll Do


* Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist


* Help patients improve activities of daily living, mobility, safety, and independence


* Work with a mix of short-term rehabilitation, post-hospital recovery, outpatient, and long-term care patients


* Communicate patient progress and treatment outcomes with the supervising Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary team


* Support patient and caregiver education


* Contribute to discharge planning and continuity of care


* Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records

Qualifications


* Active Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Colorado


* Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and priorities


* New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply
