Job Description:

Key Responsibilities 



* Collaborates on assignments and projects that may require collaboration with other functions.


* May collaborate on projects involving electrical power and controls to develop new or improve existing manufacturing processes.


* Assists with installation, troubleshooting and repair of equipment.


* Analyzes tooling failures and evaluates tool characteristics and requirements.


* May coordinate and perform periodic operational diagnostics on  operations.


* Provides technical support to improve equipment and process reliability.


* Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Education and Experience 



* Typically possesses Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2-4 years of experience. 

 

Knowledge and Skills 



* Basic knowledge of industrial instrumentation, electrical systems, manufacturing processes, and lean manufacturing concepts.


* Ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team.


* Strong Project Management knowledge.


* Detail oriented with strong written and oral communication skills.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software (e.g.

Cad).

Compensation Range:

The pay range for this position is $63,900.00 - $108,900.00 annually.

Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between71,000.00 to71,000.00 annually.

Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.

The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
