Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for overseeing resident care, supervising nursing staff, administering medications and treatments, coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The RN serves as a clinical leader while promoting positive resident outcomes and exceptional customer service.

Essential Responsibilities
Clinical Care


* Assess, monitor, and evaluate resident conditions.


* Administer medications, treatments, and skilled nursing procedures in accordance with physician orders.


* Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.


* Respond appropriately to changes in resident status and medical emergencies.


* Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care at all times.

Leadership & Supervision


* Supervise and support LVNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).


* Assign and monitor nursing staff responsibilities throughout the shift.


* Provide clinical guidance and support to team members.


* Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.

Documentation & Compliance


* Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant nursing documentation.


* Review and process physician orders.
