Licensed Clinical Supervisor - (Onsite Tallahassee, FL)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise support (hourly) level clinical staff.

Lead, direct and review the work of team members in order to accomplish operational plans and results.
- Ensure adequate staff coverage for assigned program area.
- Serve as subject matter expert for identified area of program knowledge.
- Ensure assigned team is meeting contract and individual SLA's and related requirements.
- Work with contract management and shared services to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies.
- Monitor team activities and ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Communicate policies, practices, and procedures to team members and support implementation.
- Provide guidance, direction, and performance feedback to team members.
- May attend client and stakeholder meetings.

Minimum Requirements

- Specific clinical license and experience requirements based on contract requirements.

- Residency in Tallahassee, Florida

- Master degree in Social Work or Human Services

- An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker(LMSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Florida

- Minimum 5 years of experience in mental health and/or clinical assessment

- Minimum 3 years of supervisor experience

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Requirements

- 6 years of supervisor experience

- Prior experience with quality management and/ or oversight
