The Operations Training Coordinator will support the manufacturing operations teams to ensure effective administration of the learning program for new and existing employees.

This includes the coordination, planning and measurement of the operations related training activities. 

 

Your Responsibilities: 



* Lead & Coordinate Training: Serve as Lead Trainer by partnering with operations supervisors to build effective plans and upskill OJT trainers.


* Monitor Competency & KPIs: Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate KPIs to ensure workforce competency and operational readiness.


* Develop & Document Learning: Support curricula development and manage the completion and submission of all training documentation to the Learning team.


* Promote Safety & Quality: Actively support operations in maintaining a strong culture of safety and quality throughout the training process.

 

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications): 



* Education: High school diploma or equivalent 


* Experience: A minimum of 3 years experience in a regulated environment and managing data within a Learning Management System.


* Skills: System proficiency in SuccessFactors and MS Office.

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills with a demonstrated excellence in customer service.
