Process Associate

Responsibilities:


* Contact healthcare providers via phone, fax, email, or web portals to request medical records.


* Follow up on pending requests to ensure timely receipt of required documentation.


* Verify the completeness and accuracy of received medical records.


* Maintain detailed records of retrieval activities and status updates in client systems.


* Communicate with provider offices and internal teams regarding record status and discrepancies.


* Ensure compliance with HIPAA, client policies, and data privacy regulations.


* Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets.


* Escalate unresolved issues, missing records, or provider concerns as appropriate.


* Perform data entry and document management activities with a high level of accuracy.


* Support process improvements and operational initiatives as required.
