Strategic Communications Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation, TS/SCI with Poly

Work You'll Do

As a Project - Workforce Program Support Senior Consultant on the project, you will:


* Develop and execute strategic communications plans to support talent and performance management programs and change initiatives.


* Create communications materials and program resources, including emails, briefs, white papers, newsletters, speeches, videos, and implementation plans.


* Manage program inboxes and coordinate across workstreams to provide timely, clear responses to stakeholder inquiries and client requests.


* Conduct stakeholder analysis and audience segmentation to inform engagement strategies and tailor communications to target audiences.


* Identify communications risks, issues, and dependencies; recommend mitigation strategies; and update standard operating procedures, job aids, training materials, and business rules while driving process improvements and automation.
