Part-time Home Health Aide

Job Title: Home Health Aide Supervisor: Home Care Director Positions Supervised: None FLSA Status: Non-exempt, Part-time (20 hours/week) Job Summary Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Home Health Aide provides home health care services to PACE Participants.

Home Health aides will adhere to PACE Home Health guidelines per training protocols, policies and procedures.

Duties in the home include but are not limited to the monitoring and documentation of the Participant's health condition, providing in-home support and assisting with their activities of daily living (ADL's).
