Help lead and coordinate warehouse team members to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate execution of work.

Assign and communicate daily job responsibilities, including job rotations and workflow priorities.

Train employees on standard work processes, safety procedures, and proper use of equipment and tools.

Monitor warehouse performance and support continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and delivery.

Assist with inventory control activities and ensure accurate material movement throughout the facility.

Operate and promote the safe use of forklifts, material handling equipment, and RF scanning devices.

Work closely with team members and leaders across departments to meet company objectives and customer needs.

Support employee coaching, development, and recognition while fostering a positive team environment.

Participate in 6S and workplace organization initiatives to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse.

Communicate operational risks, issues, and improvement opportunities to warehouse leadership.
