At APV, we Always Provide Value POSITION SUMMARY The deputy would assist the Instructional Manager in tracking GC instructor onboarding, training, and weekly performance using a combination of online (automated) tools and eyes on observations to collect data and craft timely and productive feedback sessions with each instructor.

DUTIES Day-to-day responsibilities Coordinate daily and weekly tasks with the Instructional Manager.Investigate issues concerning LMS needs, instructor needs, and client needs.

Engage stakeholders with needs and/or concerns.Captures all daily needs and concerns for monthly reporting.

Faculty and instructional support functions Conduct initial and ongoing training and development with instructors as needed.Provide engaging and relevant training using best practices for online learning.

Quality assurance and assessment activities Employ AI and Automation to capture data and synthesize it into actionable reporting.

For example, using Teams or Slack to host a sign-in portal where instructors can post availability (privately) or raise issues (publicly).

AI tools can help compile and generate reports and prioritized alerts.Data collection is critical for this position.

The deputy must monitor instructor issues and provide assistance as quickly as possible (Instructors must have direct access to the deputy and/or have a place to post issues in real-time and receive timely assistance and feedback).
