Summary As an Activities Director at Heritage Village of Waterville, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through engaging activities and therapeutic recreation.

This position is essential in creating a vibrant community atmosphere where residents feel valued and connected.

Minimum starting salary for the position is $38,000 annually; salary is negotiable based on experience.

The typical schedule for this opportunity is Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Start and end times are flexible based on community need.

This position is a part of the community management team and will take part in the manager on duty weekend coverage rotation.
