Junior HR Associate

CenCore is seeking a Junior HR Associate to support human resources operations at our headquarters office.

This position supports employee records, onboarding coordination, HR documentation, and employee inquiries while helping ensure HR processes are accurate, timely, confidential, and aligned with company policy.

The Junior HR Associate will report directly to the HR leader for this function and help support internal HR needs tied to company programs and operations.

This role is well suited for a detail-oriented professional with early HR experience who can provide dependable administrative support in a fast-paced contractor environment.

Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR administrative activities, employee documentation, onboarding coordination, and internal HR operations.Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, onboarding paperwork, and internal tracking files.Coordinate onboarding activities, new-hire documentation, employee enrollment support, and related HR follow-up.Respond to routine employee inquiries or route questions to the appropriate HR, recruiting, security, payroll, or management contact.Support compliance-driven HR processes by helping ensure documentation is complete, current, and handled confidentially.Prepare HR reports, trackers, forms, and internal updates as requested.Assist with process improvements, data cleanup, and administrative support for HR programs and internal operations.
