Project Superintendent – Lead Southeast Commercial Construction Projects for Marolf Construction

* Location: Mint Hill, NC (90% travel required across the Southeast U.S.)

How You Will Make an Impact:


* Manage all daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects from initial site prep to final handover.


* Supervise subcontractors and field personnel to ensure strict adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.


* Execute structured daily workflows to maintain momentum, solve unexpected site challenges, and prevent project delays.


* Maintain rigorous quality control and safety standards across every phase of construction.


* Coordinate directly with architects, engineers, city officials, and client representatives to ensure seamless communication.


* Track project milestones independently while delivering concise progress reports back to the main office team.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


* Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in commercial construction supervision.


* Absolute willingness and ability to travel up to 90% of the time across the Southeast region.


* Proven track record of independently managing subcontractors and field operations on active job sites.


* Deep knowledge of commercial construction processes, building codes, and safety requirements.


* Strong leadership, conflict-resolution, and site coordination capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:


* High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.


* Strong familiarity with modern digital construction management software and reporting tools.


* Background in managing ground-up or fast-paced commercial construction environments.


* Bilingual a plus


* Proactive mindset with strong ownership of a project.
