CHILDCARE ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR Providence House Mission Statement Providence House keeps kids safe and families together, embracing them with support to enhance stability that strengthens communities.

Reports To: Crisis Nursery Childcare Supervisor Major functions: Oversee the daily operations of the childcare floor at least once per month.

Provide support and coverage for full-time Childcare Supervisors' PTO and call-offs, at least once per quarter.

Maintain a high quality of work at all times, modelling best practice while on the floor to provide mentorship and leadership to Childcare Workers.
