Essential Functions & Responsibilities


* Safely operates the forklift to load and unload materials, as well as maintain organization of the warehouse and stock yard.


* Properly conducts inspections of the forklift to ensure safe operation and reports any issues to maintenance.


* Performs general clean-up and maintenance duties as assigned.


* Maintains a strict adherence to company policies, safety policies, and OSHA regulations at all times.


* Must be available to travel and work from other company facilities as needed.


* Must possess a professional attitude while interacting with peers, contractors and general public.


* Stands for long periods of time performing tests in hot weather or current conditions


* May perform other related duties as required or directed.

Requirements


* Ability to communicate, understand, and follow both written and verbal instructions.


* Ability to use basic hand tools.


* Must be willing to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays when necessary.

Regular and timely attendance is required.


* Must pass pre-employment requirements, drug screen, criminal background check and driving record review.


* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.


* Must demonstrate a strong commitment to safety.

Qualifications


* Minimum of 1 year of forklift or relevant construction experience.


* Previous forklift experience preferred.
