* Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

* This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

Preferred Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution in the following disciplines preferred: Materials, Chemical, or Mechanical .


* Three (3) to five (5) years of work experience in an engineering role in an aerospace environment.


* Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.


* Experience with material processes such as heat treating, welding, chemical etching, and stripping, high-temperature diffusion coatings, plating, etc.


* Experience with NADCAP coating, heat treating, and welding accreditations.


* Knowledge specifically to high-temperature diffusion coatings (aluminide, chromide, and platinum aluminide coatings) for gas turbine engine components.

* Compensation will be commensurate with experience


* External hires are eligible for a $1,000 sign on bonus after successful completion of six months.
