We are currently seeking a senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) based in Cary, NC (USA).

The senior HRBP will act as a trusted advisor, proactively engaging with leadership to influence, create and execute the people strategy that will positively impact the organization.

This position will report to the Head of HR for North America and will partner closely with the lead HRBP for NAM Customer Service.

This critical role will support the Customer Service – Field Services organizations across the USA which includes represented and non-represented workforce of approximately 1,000 employees.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of:


* Executing an HR people strategy in-line with the overall business strategy that positively impacts performance, culture, employee engagement and growth.

 


* Ability to influence leaders and provide strong partnership on key business decisions


* Successfully demonstrate partnership across all HR centers of excellence in designing and delivering innovative HR solutions in core areas such as Total Rewards, Performance Management, Talent Management and Development, Strategic Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition.


* Effectively interpret, administer, and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements and labor-related contract requirements, partnering with leaders, employees, and union representatives to support a productive and legally complaint represented workforce

This role is based out of the Cary, NC location.

While hybrid, must be within a reasonable distance to the office.

Primary responsibilities include:


* Builds strong, trusted relationships with client leadership teams, striking a delicate balance between consulting, advising and being a team member.


* Strong engagement with clients in areas of leadership coaching, consultation, guidance on people management, organization design, engagement, talent development and workforce planning.

 


* Coach and develop leaders across a broad range of HR priorities, including talent and succession planning, organizational design, employee relations, workplace investigations, compensation programs, and the implementation of global and local HR initiatives.


* Partner across the Customer Services HR organization to drive culture & engagement initiatives that support the business in its innovation and growth objectives.


* Proactive collaboration with leadership teams to understand the business objectives, challenges, opportunities and facilitate HR solutions and people strategies to address those challenges.
