Purpose:

The Hospital Operations Specialist - Spine plays a critical role in advancing commercial execution, operational discipline, and field readiness across the Spine business.

This position is responsible for partnering with Field Sales leadership, Supply Chain, Finance, and Hospital Operations stakeholders to optimize inventory deployment, improve asset utilization, and ensure the right instrumentation and implants are positioned to support procedural demand, customer commitments, and growth objectives.
