Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a highly motivated JJT Manager, Technical Product Manager - Vision Plan Product Group.

This Manager-level Technical Product Manager (TPM) role requires strong technical acuity, hands-on understanding of advanced planning applications, and the ability to deliver high-impact products and solutions that address the evolving needs of the Plan organization.

The TPM will partner closely with business planning leaders, technology functions, vendors, and cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver scalable technology solutions that drive business impact.

This individual will demonstrate strong ownership, influence, and accountability for outcomes while ensuring solutions are aligned to overall JJT strategy and deliver measurable business value.

In this role, the TPM will shape planning system product roadmaps, coordinate the development and management of OMP capabilities, and ensure the platform and its services are operationally stable, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business priorities.

The role requires technical depth in OMP Plus, familiarity with SAP and planning integrations, strong communication skills, and an ownership mindset to drive delivery from strategy through adoption and ongoing support.
