Purpose: The Product Manager (Oncology) is responsible for developing and executing the strategic and tactical plans for the Oncology portfolio across the (CenCa) cluster.

This role drives sustainable business growth, accelerates patient access to innovative therapies, and ensures successful brand performance through cross-functional collaboration, customer engagement, data-driven decision making, and flawless execution of commercial initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

+ Develop and execute the Oncology portfolio strategy across the Central America & Caribbean (CenCa) cluster, ensuring alignment with business objectives and patient needs.
+ Lead annual brand planning, tactical execution, and budget management to drive sales growth, market share, and business performance.
+ Identify market opportunities, customer insights, and competitive trends to optimize portfolio performance and support strategic decision-making.
+ Drive successful launch readiness and commercialization of new products, indications, and strategic initiatives, ensuring cross-functional coordination and flawless execution.
+ Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Commercial Excellence, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to deliver integrated business plans and customer-focused solutions.
