Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Global Transportation Process & Transformation to join our Global Transportation and Trade Operations team in New Jersey.

This hybrid role may require up to 20% travel and reports to the Director, Global Transportation & 3PL/4PL Excellence.

The Senior Manager, Global Transportation Process & Transformation is accountable for the end-to-end ownership, design, deployment and continuous evolution of global transportation processes and capabilities.

This role translates transportation strategy and business requirements into scalable operating models, integrating process, technology, data, external partners and organizational change across global and regional operations.

The Senior Manager will initially play a leading role in the deployment and stabilization of Global Transportation Strategic program(s) and eventually own and support broader transportation transformation priorities, process optimization and strategic supplier initiatives as the organization and operating model evolve.

The role serves as a global transportation subject matter expert and process owner, ensuring new capabilities are effectively designed, deployed, governed and transitioned into sustainable business-as-usual operations.

Key responsibilities:

Global Process Ownership & Governance: Own and evolve assigned global transportation processes, standards and operating models.

Establish governance, decision rights, controls and performance expectations; identify process gaps and translate business needs into sustainable global solutions; and govern exceptions through clear business rationale, risk assessment and appropriate approval.

Transformation & Capability Deployment: Lead the operational integration and deployment of major global transportation transformation initiatives, including the Global Transportation Control Tower and future capabilities.
