We are searching for the best talent for our Senior Clinical Account Specialist.

Summary and Scope

Clinical Account Specialist is responsible for clinical support in EP (Electrophysiology) lab, selling and promoting eligible products and solutions among current and potential customers, developing professional education for end-users, effective and strong collaboration with team members and developing the business growth on the territory of PEC .

Key Responsibilities



* Provide specialized clinical product support, technical assistance, and training to physicians and EP lab staff on the effective use of JnJ EP (Electrophysiology) catheter systems and equipment (including the CARTO3® System, related software modules, and RF generators) during procedures within an assigned territory, contributing to and exceeding business objectives.


* Train customers on all JnJ EP products to optimize utilization through technical and clinical education and in-service training.


* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and increase customer value.


* Use consultative selling techniques to identify potential sales opportunities within accounts.


* Increase awareness of JnJ EP solutions and facilitate engagement between commercial teams and key decision-makers to drive incremental busi...
