Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst, US Surgical Vision Sales.

This role serves as a strategic business partner to the US Surgical Vision commercial organization, supporting Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations through data-driven insights, investment analysis, and performance management.

The position plays a critical role in evaluating growth opportunities, tracking commercial investments, and delivering actionable recommendations that accelerate business performance.

This position will be located in Jacksonville, FL or Irvine, CA.

This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid working schedule, with days both in the office and remote each week.

Responsibilities


* Lead financial planning, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, translating business trends into actionable recommendations.


* Evaluate commercial investments, promotional programs, pricing initiatives, and business cases to support strategic decision-making and maximize return on investment.


* Analyze sales performance, market dynamics, and customer trends to identify growth opportunities and business risks.


* Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to evaluate business performance and translate insights into recommendations that support strategic initiatives.


* Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, influencing investment decisions, commercial strategy, and execution of key business priorities.


* Lead monthly revenue close activities while maintaining strong financial controls and SOX compliance.


* Develop and enhance dashboards, reporting tools, and performance scorecards that improve visibility into sales performance and business results.
