The E2E Planning Leader owns the Global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process and plan process maturity improvements for the Mentor business.

The E2E Leader has responsibility for both, Global Planning and Materials Management teams.

They will serve as a leader in the MNT SC organization, partnering with global commercial and regional teams to collect, analyze, consolidate, and report data and metrics to improve the decision-making process, whilst ensuring IBP process adherence and driving opportunities for process maturity improvement.

They are responsible for attaining global key performance indicators including customer service (OTIF/Backorders) and inventory (gross/net dollars, DOS).

Key Role Responsibilities


* Ownership of overall Mentor IBP process including leading the global Mentor Executive IBP with senior management to communicate risks, opportunities, and scenarios while driving decisions to support business goals



* Ownership of the Mentor global service review meeting (STEM management) with commercial and supply chain partners to communicate service risks, actions and escalation to SCLT.
