CNA Responsibilities
Resident Care


* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, grooming, mobility, and meals


* Promote resident comfort, dignity, safety, and independence


* Assist with repositioning and restorative nursing programs


* Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff


* Follow individualized care plans to meet residents' needs

Team Collaboration


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members


* Support positive resident outcomes through teamwork and collaboration


* Complete accurate and timely charting and documentation


* Foster a professional, respectful, and resident-focused environment

Professional Standards


* Adhere to facility policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards


* Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance


* Demonstrate dependability, accountability, and professionalism


* Support our mission of providing exceptional skilled nursing and rehabilitation services

Qualifications


* Active California CNA certification required


* Minimum 2 years of CNA experience preferred


* Skilled nursing, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferred


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented


* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare setting
